Fixtures compiled Sunday night- still time to enter!

Looking forward to this guys. It's been a few years since my team have played a game of rugby never mind football. Just to confirm Hindpool have 3 teams now, a team of too old for rugby, a team of too old but haven't realised it yet and a team of young guns who are gonna be in for a shock.
Anything we can do to assist you before the day just let me know

At present we are short of refs. A reasonable knowledge of the game. You'll get paid a small amount.. Anyone?

Right- it'll work like this and is the only way to guarantee everyone gets 4 games

4 groups ( 3 groups of 4, one group of 3- if I don't get another team then 4 x 4)
To compensate the group of 3 their games will be longer.

3 points a win and one a draw
goal difference then decides placings
after that goals scored
after that..dunno.3 pens each.

The three 4th places in each group play in a round robin league on one pitch
The four 3rd places do the same on another

Q1. Winner A vs Runner up B -Pitch 1
Q2. Winner B vs Runner up A Pitch 2
Q3: Winner C vs Runner up D- Pitch 1
Q4: Winner D vs Runner up C- Pitch 2

Semi finals

Pitch 1- Winner 1 vs Winner 3
Pitch 2- Winner 2 vs Winner 4

Finals Pitch 1 winners vs pitch 2 winners

Packs with timings, rules, disclaimers will be handed out on the day. We haven't been able to get St Johns but one of the participants is a First Responder and some of the admin are first aiders.

The refs will be a mixture of trained and enthusiastic amateurs. It's a charity kick about lads and lassies, please remember that..

Cant you explain this? Will there be a trophy for the best 3rd place team and the best 4th place team?

Is it to rank the teams overall?

Trying to work out why these games are necessary?

So that teams who dont qualify for the later stages are not paying to play only 3 games id imagine
