Dayle Southwell from Boston has got to be worth looking at. Loves putting the ball away and hes still young.

Not sure if it's a sign of how bad the team is or whether we all just have raised ambitions now we have a few quid as to how few players we'd keep
For me personally I'd keep Dixon, Williams and Cook then wouldn't really bother either way if people come or go
The main shopping list is fairly obvious, two brutes of centre backs, a defensive midfielder who breaks up play and passes the ball, a box to box midfielder who can score 10+ goals a season, two quick wingers so we can play on the break, a quick striker who can score tap ins. Nowt to this scouting lark!

I think if we kept Livesey we would need two new centre backs anyway. Every decent side needs a mean nasty centre back who will put players off their game. Grand is too inconsistent and I think his ability is suited to the league below so he would join S.Williams in the out tray.

Danny L Rowe. Top Goalscorer in conference north with 19 goals. Scored 2 in 2 against us last year, too lazy for Barrow.

Sometimes you need someone who knows where the goal is and can score the easy goals.

Haven't seen enough of them to comment properly - the best squad for the money available will do for me. Not really arsed who it is.

Keep:- Dixon, Livesey, Jordan Williams, Cook.

I have confidence that whatever decision Cox makes regarding the rest will be good for the team.

another goalkeeper for cover,another right back,mobile centrehalf,2 midfield players (one in the mold of john terrry`s brother who ran the show when he played against us),another 20 goal striker(might have to splash money here!)

keep dixon,livesey,anderton/sutton,tomlinson if possible,harvey,howarth(sorry hoss!)cook,possibly walker!

Grimes is on contract for another year. Its not easy to just get rid if you wanted to.
