Re: Jordan Thompson
Regarding dunne yes he's a bit raw but absolutely committed when he plays I'd pick him any day!

Re: Jordan Thompson
In my (obviously correct) opinion, the only reason we play 3 central defenders is because we don't have 2 good ones.

Re: Jordan Thompson
Would say our defensive back 3/4 have been excellent. Our problem is no pace going forward, dont think were gonna score too many this season, Q 5.0 tomorrow, i wish.
Re: Jordan Thompson
Fully agree. Forwards not scoring enough. Hopefully they will get a few tomorrow and confidence will return. We are not a bad squad.
Re: Jordan Thompson
...and remember these are Cox's players bought in to play his brand of football, now MM or whoever takes over, has to get them to play a more attractive style. To be fair I think they've tried to do that in recent games, but we lack pace out wide (don't need that when you lump it 60 yds) and not quite sharp up front. The front lads have to learn to change their runs - instead of making one, they need to be smarter to create the pass - but them we have to find a midfield that can hit that pass.. Think it is in Hall and Harvey to do rthis, but time will tell...

Re: Jordan Thompson
We all have opinions but for cowps sake we have a management team that know this league inside out! i trust them to get it right. Once we get that bit of luck in front of goal ( and god knows we have been unlucky in that department...not just bad play ) w e can climb this league.) no points at all from where we are into top 10.! Early doors yet. I like new manager. Give him and the team some breathing space. been a strange start to season with cox going etc.Every one deserves a chance to prove them selves in new set up! The old king is dead! God save the king! We have a decent set of lads. Please let them adjust to their new management style. That is all.
Seasons to be cheerful.Part 16 3/4
Re: Jordan Thompson
What's happened to Makoma, thought he showed decent potential against Fylde but hasn't had a look in since.
We have our own kids to develop, why bring in another teams? I know Thompson plays a different position and that but he's just a kid.
Good luck to the lad like.
Bringing PJ Bignot in must be an indication of the direction we're heading managementwise, right?

We'd no option with the injuries but to sign these two, good luck to em
It's width we need to improve though

Re: Jordan Thompson
He played well today. Young lad but strong and earned his wage unlike many others including bignutt and Mickey Mouse.

Re: Jordan Thompson
Seems strange that one of the things mentioned about Cox was he wanted to bring in a player done for biting but Paul Casson didn't believe it fitted with the club imagine. Then we sign Paul Bignot
