Our record against the bottom 7 suggests otherwise

Bad day at the office after a very tough Xmas period. At least we get a good break now to refresh and go again
Re: Havant v BARROW match thread
We have certainly enjoyed the highs of late so as disappointing as it is we have to endure the occasional low.
A chance for much needed rest for some, others get chance to lick their wounds. The management also get chance to take a breath and work out areas we can improve on too!

Can’t complain about recent results (we were top of the form table going into this match) but just when you think we are going to push on we come unstuck again against a side battling it out at the bottom.
Time to rest some tired limbs.

Re: Havant v BARROW match thread
Well, along with the Barnet home game that's the worst I've seen us all season. Didn't get our game going at all, and apart from a header cleared off the line at 1-0 we never looked like scoring.
It was a very poor game of football in truth, and Havant were as bad as anything I've ever seen at this level. Makes it slightly more frustrating that we didn't put them away, but perhaps we just ran out of steam after the last few weeks. It's hard to be too critical after the results we've picked up recently, and the endeavour was undoubtedly there if not the quality.
Final word for the referee - He was anonymous for an hour then seemed to lose his mind for the final 30 mins. We were too far away from the sending off to comment, although a couple of home fans commented to me on the way out that they thought it was harsh. But for some reason the referee just started dishing out nothing cards like confetti late on and gave some bizarre decisions.

Re: Havant v BARROW match thread
We have been superb in recent weeks but today started to show how our squad is creaking. We were absolutely appalling. We deserved nothing. Havant were awful but we were worse.
We will be safe this season but anyone dreaming of playoffs wake up now.
Special mention for the referee however who clearly was attending his first game of football in his life never mind officiating.
