Title Winning Moment

For all things Barrow AFC. Keep discussions civil and fair, we're all Barrow aren't we!

One of the highlights of the season for me was Scott Quigley putting us 1-0 up in front of a packed Holker Street on Boxing Day having just been reduced to 10 men against Fylde.
Mine too. Don't think I have ever celebrated a goal as much as I did that one.

Having followed the club for over 50 years, and had so many disappointments, I'm not sure just when I started to believe.

Remember going to the stockport and Chesterfield games early onto the season, we should of been probably 5 or 6 nill up at ht and eventually threw away a 2 goal lead. Even that early you could tell we would be up there.

A few key games for me this season were the notts county game away, torquay, sutton and Bromley. All pivotal moments in some sense.

Honestly, for me it was never done and the run-in was going to be traumatising. The virus bullshit cheated us of it really, the who-knows, what-if... ness.
