I don't see how having a 1pm kick off will deter any potential trouble makersLancaster Branch wrote: ↑Tue Oct 12, 2021 4:38 pm Strange. It can’t be due to a fear of disorder, they’ve played Leeds and Millwall at 3pm over the years etc.
Maybe they can’t afford to stick the lights on?
Many pubs now open from early in the morning.

Re: Carlisle (A)
All this does is give them more time to cause trouble after the game. Like I said earlier by doing this Cumbria Police are potentially causing issues that simply were not there with a 3:00pm KOSea Dog Sam wrote: ↑Tue Oct 12, 2021 6:16 pmI don't see how having a 1pm kick off will deter any potential trouble makersLancaster Branch wrote: ↑Tue Oct 12, 2021 4:38 pm Strange. I don't think this would have happened if the league positions had been the other way around.

Re: Carlisle (A)
Cumbria Police overeacting as usual. I went up to Workington a few years ago to watch the FA Trophy game they had with Hartlepool. Walking out of Workington Station there were about 50 cops lined up with dogs. In the end Harlepool only had about 50 fans at the game and were no trouble at all. What a waste of taxpayers money.
This moving the kick off time back is a stupid and pointless decision. Anybody who does want to cause trouble will now have plenty of time after the game to drink themselves silly and cause more mischief than they would probably have done with a 3PM kick Off.

Re: Carlisle (A)
Police overreaction and it is the clubs that get charged by the police. This decision should have been made when the fixture list came out. Will the same happen for the fixture at Holker Street. The club should enquire now.
Re: Carlisle (A)
If people are going to cause trouble how is changing the kick off time going to stop it. The only trouble I've seen this season was the kids in the Holker St end against Hartlepool. I don't understand it

Re: Carlisle (A)
Nobody can understand why the KO time has been changed so your not on your own. It’s a nonsensical decision made by those coppers up North with no
Consultation with there counterparts in the South.

So I suppose if you want to stand on the terraces you need to buy from Carlisle's website.HenneysKnee wrote: ↑Sun Oct 17, 2021 11:19 am https://www.barrowafc.com/news/2021/oct ... nton-park/

No, you wait until the extra tickets (in the open standing end) become available from our club.xerxes wrote: ↑Sun Oct 17, 2021 12:35 pmSo I suppose if you want to stand on the terraces you need to buy from Carlisle's website.HenneysKnee wrote: ↑Sun Oct 17, 2021 11:19 am https://www.barrowafc.com/news/2021/oct ... nton-park/
