I hope you get to see a winning game Mike. You have waited so long to see us in the football league through thick and thin.
Safe travels.

Having followed Barrow for so long, my candle of optimism continues to burn bright. Am going for 'Dale 1 - 2 Barrow with 650 Ziggers roaring us to victory following our equaliser, three minutes after the home side nudges in front.
I wish I had your optimism, fella :D and I hope you're right!
Because if we don't bag the 3 points our survival in EFL2 is looking increasingly bleak.

Our next 4 fixtures: Rochdale away. Scunny away. Carlisle home. Leyton Orient away.
All winnable :D
If we can't bag at least 8 points against those sides I think we've had it!
For the following reason:

April fixtures: Port Vale home. Crawley away. FGR home. Salford away. Sutton home. Swindon away.
May fixture: Northampton home.

With the exception of Crawley all of our April/May fixtures are against teams gunning for promotion! :o
I think we still have to play a re-arranged fixture against Exeter too - another side gunning for promotion
Football is a funny game but even the most ardent optimist wouldn't bet on us beating any of those teams - especially with our inability to score goals.

Like I say, I wish I had your optimism.

Football is a funny game. Who would have thought we would go to Northampton and come away with three points. Got to stay positive and hope for the best.

I'd be more positive if we had just one striker who could hit the back of the net! Fingers crossed for Saturday. :D

I’d be more positive if we had a striker that could hit a cows arse with a banjo!

Going for a draw can`t see many wins for us in the last 12 games.

I’ve seen the Dale Cavese on YouTube - looking forward to seeing it in real life.
