Someone experienced at this level, including relegation battles. These are the tough experiences needed to lead out of confidence players through the battles.

So for me - A manager who has the battle scars but give him the budget to aim for the highest. continuity is key to success.

Not Unsworth for me, right now we need experience Manager not new managers cutting their teeth.
