He was in the away end at Stockport. Been training with us for a whileSuffolk Blue wrote: ↑Mon Aug 08, 2022 5:31 pm According to BBC he’s been signed after a trial period. Can anyone confirm this. Has he appeared in any of the pre-season games? Given his height he ought to have been unmissable

Re: David Moyo
I was a little alarmed at that bit where he says he's in the habit of killing goats. Someone better warn Cowps not to travel through for a visit to Holker Street this season.Hitthebar22 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 08, 2022 5:39 pm If anyone feels like having a moan about their lot, listen to this interview with Moyo on BBC Scotland, and just consider this lad’s upbringing. His attitude is like a breath of fresh air. Another one of the “good people” Wild is bringing to the club. If he can play a bit too, brilliant.

I’m afraid you (as many also have) have fallen for the fact that anyone is able to go on Wikipedia and make an alteration to a profile.
David is still the respectable size of 6ft
Not the towering basketballer size of 6ft 7 that someone would have you believe

Forget the HS End, let's get a Zimbabwe flag over that hideous writing at the other end.Big_Bluebird wrote: ↑Mon Aug 08, 2022 7:19 pmSounds a cracking lad. Is that the hideous writing that has already been removed?

Re: David Moyo
He wasn't rated by Hamilton fans and I don't recall him having much of an impact when Ayr played them last season but hopefully he has a better time of it in Cumbria.

Re: David Moyo
The Sporting Director and Wild seem to have done a pretty damned fine job so far; I'll go with their judgment. Welcome David.
Don't let the old man in.

... more hideous writing?
Re: David Moyo
Good luck David, give your best and hopefully things just fall into place with the squad and the supporters

I really don't care what other fans think and you shouldn't too. Lets make our opinions of him and how he plays for Barrow.AyrToBarra wrote: ↑Mon Aug 08, 2022 9:17 pm He wasn't rated by Hamilton fans and I don't recall him having much of an impact when Ayr played them last season but hopefully he has a better time of it in Cumbria.
Re: David Moyo
Might just be down to his teammates and the service (or lack of) he was recieving=- horses for courses etc.Remember we had the same thing about Rooney and Quigley when we signed them As an aside its fair to say that barring injuries etc he will have to wait for his chance but no doubt SDS and his cohorts will be slagging him off without even seeing him play. Welcome David, give your all, and the majority will be behind you.andyg wrote: ↑Mon Aug 08, 2022 10:19 pmI really don't care what other fans think and you shouldn't too.
