How do we allow this to happen?
Can u explain to me why some parts of our support (including you) by the looks of it, are so hellbent on trying to stop or make it as hard as possible for a certain age group of supporters to go to or attend any games?

i hope all the u15s boycott a certain game and take their parents with them, then the idiot/idiots running the club realise the mistake they've made

but as ive said before, regards some staff at the club, pay peanuts get monkeys

Okay I will remove the U16 bit
Can I ask the trust a straight forward question then?
If the trust know a certain individual is on a football banning order Do they allow them to book on a away trip bus?

Clubs bans are not the same as football banning orders.

Seems like this has irked you somewhat, Whitty.

It’s almost the weekend, fella. Get yourself outside, bit of fresh air will do you good.

They are completely, utterly different in law.
We aren't even allowed to know- and that's from the Police.
It has been discussed
Onward to Gillingham, on the bus.

Been to quite a few away games this year and have not seen them do anything wrong only problem is they cannot keep still and have weak bladders, we were a lot worse.

Been to quite a few away games this year and have not seen them do anything wrong - same.

they cannot keep still - putting plenty of effort into vocally backing the team whilst standing translates into body movement.

have weak bladders - they are not alone!

we were a lot worse - will just leave it at 'different times'.

That's definitely not true for adults i.ve seen banning order printouts obtained under freedom of information order requests and i would hope the same would be available for juveniles just with any information that could identify the individual like name and address redacted.

At the start of Banning Orders, some Clubs used to apply for the FIO lists in order to stop banned people from a certain club from traveling to its away game at their ground by getting the list and sending them a letter saying they weren't welcome at the away fixture either. Some clubs used to overegg it and claim what they were doing was backed by criminal law which it wasn't it was just that a club can refuse entry to whoever it wants to under its ground regulations. Most people subject to Banning Orders who do still attend games tend to carry fake/stolen ID as in 90% of challenges away from their Clubs home ground its enough to convince plod they have the wrong man.

It is true when the ban in question is to an U16 therefore not an official ban but one which has come from the club

Yes..they are banned from attending afc Barrow home games?

Means they are legally entitled to go to and travel freely to 23 away games.

Think people need to talk about 2 completely different things 1] A banning order issued by a Magistrates/Crown court after a person is convicted of a "football-related " offence and 2] A club ban issued by the club basically under its ground regulations which means they can decide who they let in and who they don't has no law criminal or civil behind it [ i suppose if someone was found to be regularly flouting it they could issue civil proceedings for trespass but they could end up with a large legal bill if it all went wrong. ] Nothing to stop anyone banned under this category traveling to away games which they are free to do or for a travel operator like The Trust carrying them if they so choose.

The official banning orders are still a nightmare to police as sometimes away games/international matches are included sometimes theyre not. But i know of people with banning orders [ including away games sometimes ] who at away games simply buy a ticket in the home/neutral area and have snide ID with them just in case they were ever challenged.

An official fboa order is all regulated football matches domestic and international and is linked with European police and border forces in Europe. You can't go abroad without approval of the fboa police and you have sign In times at designated police stations, so I doubt the people you know have fbo's.
