Refund from Carlisle ticket

[Pointless game]

nearly three months and STILL no refund. giving it another week then i will claim a chargeback on my credit card. Rang them this morning and some kid on the phone wasn't interested, no apology just kept saying we have loads to do.

No I REFUNDS after the game was played on rearranged date.
