There's a list a mile long of players who never returned to full fitness or achieved their previous level of ability after returning from a bad injury. Here's just two:
Byron Harrison
Jamie Devitt
Can't see Kian Spence proving any different. Hope I'm wrong.

I’m sure Whitfield came here on the back for a few injuries and he’s done okay. Injuries are part and parcel of football. Some on here seem to think players should never get injured

Some Halifax fans seem to think Spence not playing was more to do with Barrow wanting him in January Spence wanting to come but Halifax refusing to let him go rather than his injury

And there's probably a list 2 miles long of players that did.
I'm talking about serious injury ie Paul Gascoigne
Devitt never even returned to full fitness after being returned to Carlisle. Reason why he was used as a sub.
I'll also add Richie Bennette to my list. Another 'Crock'
I think it's a big gamble signing Kian Spence. We'll see...

Like I said earlier it appears Spence not playing was more to do with his head being turned by us in January rather than the “ injury”
