We are a poor side in my opinion. Far too negative at home. Wasn’t convinced when we were on the unbeaten run.

Is that from the directors section? :D

One wonders what the half time team talk was like because it did sound as if we were exerting a bit of pressure in the last 15 minutes of the first half. Carig Rutherford (Adam's co-commentator) was putting his finger on all our faults in the second half.

No Kelly, no party, feels like a downward spiral from here unfortunately. Play off potential game seems a million miles away.

Not to moan, but there were grumblings in the fanzine about the extra 2 quid (4 rounds that’s 8 quid extra) coz of these plastic cups, it’s either we go to the upstairs bar or carry these around for the duration and re-use, plus the bar staff can’t half fill a plastic cup to shorten the half time rush. If it doesn’t work at other clubs, don’t try and invent your own policy.

Could have played for another hour and Barrow wouldn’t have scored.

FT: 0 - 2

That's bad, very bad. What the hell happened in that dressing room at half-time.

I’ve not been to many games this season but those I’ve been to have been turgid affairs.
It’s all down to the quality of recruitment. We lost our best midfield trio since we got promoted and that was never going to be easy to replace. As for goal scorers- we all know that situation.

We simply don’t have enough quality. Whing says the same things every pre and post match- he’s running out of ideas.

Just have to hope we have enough to beat the teams below us and keep our necks above the drop zone. We are poor and there is no quick fix.
"To achieve anything and to get to the Football League, we have to expect to win every game. I've got to get everyone believing that we can, and I will work hard to embed that mentality into the players, the town, the board and whoever else” Ian Evatt.

Craig Rutherford's summation is damning.

Craig Rutherford just nailed it, saying we have been set up until now to be hard to break down, then today we tried to switch to being more attacking (58% possession instead of our usual 40%) but didn't have the quality up front and the defence didn't know where they were supposed to be. Tactical confusion!

Feel I need to let my emotions settle before commenting on that and saying anything overly reactionary. That being said I fully believe we are in a relegation battle and we need to face that sooner rather than later
