Good. Was never an inspiring signing and unfortunately hasn’t done anywhere near enough in his time here. Good luck to him can’t fault his effort but way out of his depth in league 2, needs a fresh start at a lower level and we need to be be doing better than him if we’re serious about going straight back up.

No idea what position he plays, which says something after a few years here. He’ll do well in conference north to be fair

Good luck to him. I always liked his effort but sadly not strong enough in the tackle for me.
Sensible bit of business by the club.

Newby has two good feet and is technically a good footballer, is capable of playing in numerous positions and formations left, right or centre. Robust and able to play 40-50 games a season, so for me I’m disappointed to see him leave.

Good footballer playing a role he wasn’t suited too. The exact same as barkhuizen and Whitfield

Quite liked Newby actually - perhaps more so coming off the bench, and - as with many others - he was often played out of position. Still, decent business for both parties, so good luck to him.

I always liked Elliott, great going forward and really played for the team, but he suffered from the mismanagement of the last season. Good luck to him, I never understood the antagonism to him.

3 goals in 104 games over 2 seasons = Exit stage left.

He’s also not older or younger as they are twins
I hate to be a pendant but it is the silly season so here is my tuppence. You can be older than your younger brother by 5 minutes or 5 years unless it is a leap year.
I hate to be a pedant, but you're not a weight round anyone's neck!
