Are you asking yourself a question there? That’s got to be a first on here.
Oops... *you

Anyhow, perhaps a bit of LFE for those dealing with the flags. Don’t want them them ending up in the reservoir next time there’s a gust of wind.

The big Trust flags were connected by magnets, not the sort you’d have lying around your house but the type used in heave industries. When them magnets are attached you’d struggle breaking the connection by hand.
The smaller flags were also connected by magnets (the same sort as above). If they weren’t replaced by the magnets there wouldn’t have been a flag or banner left because when we did it last week the smaller flags were held in place by duct tape and bits of frayed string.

I'm amazed the GMV guys have managed to do the things they have, what with them being so clueless an' all.

Good news on the flag... is there still time to contribute or add to the pot? I also thought the fly over banner was a nice touch from Morecambe, Is this something we’ve explored? Might give the players and Rob Kelly a further lift before a big game?

Or someone can nip over to Walney Airfield and lash one on the back of those BAE planes.

Jesus get a grip, I’d hope nobody was looking at planes and be concentrating on the game. They’re not heroes and neither is Kelly yet. Give it a rest now

Point taken... I was more thinking about the flag and chipping in! I do see the flags and moto as a great effort from those involved... anything we can do to push this lot over the line and every little helps as they say. I’m not though into demeaning peoples ideas, easy to do but in my experience takes a lot more intelligence and tact to be positive and open to ideas even though you might think differently and have another perspective.

If Rob had been manager all season the title would be on its way to Holker St.

Loving the positivity there. RK is old school, doesn’t want the attention of being the manager, doesn’t do social media, avoids controversy and promotes politeness. However, he knows the game, knows the players and knows what he is doing.

He is a great fit at Barrow, more so than his predecessors and reminds me of Roy Hodgson in many ways. l hope he will stick with us for the foreseeable and provide that much needed stability.

Spot on. Jolley and Dunn were probably all flip-charts and iPads. Just keep it simple.
