No doubt, you have premier league facilities, but the bigger job / bigger stadium, doesn't mean he has a better chance of success on the playing field, a fact fans of many ex-league clubs floundering in non league will tell you.

He'll be aware that we expect to be challenging for promotion next season.

Presumably he thinks he's capable of meeting those expectations.

well not really, as Evatt has said himself he lives and breathes football, will be very hard to find a quality replacement. on the plus said hes made the club 1.25 million in two years (EFl money and the fee)

Tell me any big club that does not even have a ground in it's own town.
It's a soulless ground at Horwich.
I used to attend Burden Park when I was there in 70s.stll look out for their results.
Notts County were a big team look at where they are now.
He jumped ship to early only thing is he gets the sack he will get a good pay out.
Saying you are a big club does not make you.one.
