Thing I like most is he gets what it means to the town
Everytime I interview him he mentions about being from a working town himself and having that kind of upbringing and he knows what it’s like for the people of Barrow having that same upbringing

This. RK certainly has a pragmatic working class element about him in the way he conducts himself which seems to be rubbing off on the team.

Its really good. The company who made it up - footballflags.co.uk advised that using the original image wasn't great and asked for a higher resolution image for the better quality end result. Thought it was good that they held off for that instead of going straight into making it up. Would deffo advise using them again.

Over to the GMV squad to find a space for it.

There was £126 left in the pot after purchasing the flag. This is being used to for a replica club crest from a company that does laser cutting / etching on wood, for the fanzone bar.

I put that washing line up so it’s mine...

Funny thing was, I hung the flag out (turns of my wife was sat in the extension watching me - which I didn’t know about) and as I went in to get my phone, a screech drifts through the house “WHAT are you doing now”

They just don’t understand.

As for her being a saint.....

Thank you, but it was more getting a 40’ flagpole into a vertical position without killing people and having it fall onto a busy road we were bothered about. The flags have already been bought.
