Thats something I've been thinking for weeks, it's blatantly obvious that all is not well within the camp. You can see it on the pitch and you can also see it in the players body language when you see them together off the pitch. Whether it's a lack of confidence in Edmo or what I don't know but something is definitely wrong.

I'm undecided as to whether it's time for a change but I'm edging closer and closer to thinking yes. The issue isn't where we are in the league as thats fine, it's not even that we're out of the cup, it's the complete negative boring dross that is served up on the pitch. There is literally nothing to get excited about on the pitch most of the time and that is 100% down to Edmo, the squad might not be world beaters but I think another manager could probably get much much more out of them and get them playing the sort of football people want to watch. If things carry on as they are with the football on offer the way it is then crowds will be down to 800 before long.

I stood behind the dug out at Bromley, second half, just to see what sort of reaction there was to getting tonked. There was no dissent but there wasn't much of anything else either. Not much encouragement, rage, anything....just a bit flat.

Most Barrow sides from any previous era would have given the likes of Fylde a torrid afternoon yesterday – win, draw or lose. This lack of fight, spirit, determination - call it what you want, is extremely hard to bear and extremely uncharacteristic of us as a football club and as a town.

For the sake of his career, Edmo has to man up, shake off his rabbit-in-the-headlights persona and motivate that team of his into an in-your-face, stop-at-nothing footballing machine. To start with he needs a proper General out on the field – and he is further advised not to go ordering a big turkey this Xmas either.

Two very tough league games coming up and possibly only three points out of the next four realistically. The manager needs to pick the team up yet again. Our inconsistency is getting boring. Some of the squad aren't good enough and I think the players who can cut it are getting frustrated. Bound to lead to some tension in the team. We certainly need to bring in some more quality and professionalism as our summer recruitment, on the most part, leaves a lot to be desired. I think the league table will start to take a more defined shape over the next two months and we'll either be in a relegation battle or in touch of the playoffs. I hope it's the latter but fear the former. I think we'll know exactly how ambitious we are by spring, one way or the other.

Anyone know what sort of action Edmo took yesterday? Any dressing room lock down for an hour after FT to say a few home truths or has he got em all in for Sunday training today, or has he more than likely just made his feeble excuses(red card and injuries) and continued on as if this is acceptable and the norm? Graham Alexander has just left Fleetwood that's the sort of standard we should be looking at, not the "lets not get beat" dross I'm fed up of seeing.

Probably blamed the weather.

No doubt blamed the rain,bad luck with injuries, even worse luck with the 2footed dangerous stuff but nothing about "WHO WANTS IT GUYS" WELL WHO DOES

I believe we have a decent back 4 and keeper. In cookie we have one of the best strikers in this league.(who mostly creates all his own goal scoring opportunities himself) Walker is a player who always causes problems to opposition defenders with his hustle and bustle type of play that complements cookie. They both play with the passion we as supporters love. Haworth is an exciting player. love him or hate him. every team has a `Haworth in their team, and causes divided opinions. ARH for me is also an exciting player to watch on his day. But we don't see it very often, because we don't have other quality mid-fielders around him which has got to give him a lack of confidence. And there lays the trouble. We all know it. See it often enough. Defenders bypass the midfield. No confidence in them.hence the hoof. Strikers like cookie run them selves into the ground looking for the ball.(no confidence again in midfield.) Get some quality in there. Give Newby a good run and Bobs ya uncle. Easy to recognize from the stands and terraces Edmo. Whats the view from the dug out? Quality and pace always! 100pc effort always! They don't like it up em ya know!

Quite the opposite to a dressing room lock down, the players were leaving the ground in their cars 10 minutes after the fans had left the ground.

Shows he can't get them pumped for must wins, they were all over us even before the red. No excuses!

The players have to take some responsibility for these lacklustre performances. Not enough leadership out on the pitch. We need a battle scarred experienced pro out in the middle who can pull the strings. Get this player in and all of those players around in midfield will step it up. The most important signing he'll make. Surely he can see that.

We basically need our own Bryan Robson / Roy Keane type player.

We could do with a midfielder who wants to get into Management as we had in Vic Halom and another Barry Diamond .Who knows if Elliot Newby is given a chance

Not now but I do know he was still playing for Castleton Gabriels well into his 40's
