Which is good I think as there was a lot of name-calling creeping in to the Forum narratives which I attributed to the Lockdown. Now I'm going to put the foot among the pigeons here when I suggest that when that free kick was awarded to FGR late on yesterday, every single one of us knew it was going in. Spooky or what?

FlashScore told me about 45 seconds before iFollow, not bad, maybe I should turn my cell phone off so I am not aware a goal is going in

The time lag is quite something isn’t it? I was getting excited about the three points when l got a short but ominous text: ‘FFS’. So l too knew something calamitous was about to unfold. I bet Jim wished he had stayed in his time-defying toilet. Anyone remember ‘The Magic Boomerang’?

If you look at the highlights, the FGR throw in that lead to the free kick that lead to the goal, was a foul throw !!

I thought a few times during the game that throws by both sides looked like foul throws. Perhaps refs and assistants are less fussy about these things nowadays?blumooncrab wrote: ↑Mon Nov 23, 2020 8:53 am If you look at the highlights, the FGR throw in that lead to the free kick that lead to the goal, was a foul throw !!

We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

Re: BarrowAFC v forest Green rovers match thread
Due to my streaming of the match being 15 minutes behind I was happily cheering Barrows goal to make it 1-1. Then a friend phoned to inform me Forest Green had scored in the last minutes. Dumfounded I replied but Barrow have just scored to be told the game was over. The last 15 minutes of the match were an anti climax. Do we all have trouble with late streaming or is it just me?

My streaming is only a couple of minutes behind. It's certainly nowhere near 15 mins
