Imagine the melt down on here if we signed players released by non league clubs…Falstaff wrote: ↑Thu Jun 02, 2022 6:46 pm https://www.wrexhamafc.co.uk/news/2022/ ... ined-list/

Played one game for Rangers in just over 3 years. He had the ability to be a really good keeper but had no ambition to play games just to rob a living being a benchwarmer.

He wasn’t even very good when he played for us hence why he got dropped as soon as Dixon came back, and couldn’t even get a game for Patrick thistle

Speaking with my son-in-law ,a Wrexham fan, earlier today said he had heard a rumour we have enquired about Dior Angus' situation.Apparently he has an option to extend his contract. His signing for Wrexham was probably wrong place at the wrong time as he has gradually been pushed down the pecking order by big-money signings.

Diors contract was extended by Wrexham in January this year.SKIPPER wrote: ↑Fri Jun 03, 2022 9:24 pm Speaking with my son-in-law ,a Wrexham fan, earlier today said he had heard a rumour we have enquired about Dior Angus' situation.Apparently he has an option to extend his contract. Personally I doubt Angus will be coming back, although obviously I could be proved wrong.SKIPPER wrote: ↑Fri Jun 03, 2022 9:24 pm Speaking with my son-in-law ,a Wrexham fan, earlier today said he had heard a rumour we have enquired about Dior Angus' situation.Apparently he has an option to extend his contract. This look likes one of those 'former player might return' stories that emerge from time to time.
With literally hundreds of players becoming available, both as signings and loans there's an opportunity to refashion the squad in a positive way without harking back to former players.

In all the time I watched Angus play I don’t think I ever saw him win a tackle. Far too lightweight in my opinion for League Two.
Re: Players released by other clubs - who we might be interested in....
Angus was quick but had a touch like jack the ripper, could do well as a steward if we need any more?
Re: Players released by other clubs - who we might be interested in....
Whats all the infatuation of looking at players that have been.. we let them go. They weren't good enough. We never let good people go, so why have them back? Need to look forward. Bigger ,better more experience . How else will we progress?
