One jobsworth referee.
I wonder what is the cheapest option we would need to get through next season.
Renting the pitch at Rakesmoor Lane? ;)

We have to get through this season first! How is the pitch going to stand up with home games about to come thick and fast?

180 mile round trip on Saturday for me. Very disappointed with postponement. Know it’s done on an inspection but pitch looked ok to me.
Stopped off to watch Kendal Town on way home. Entertaining game. Marred not one bit by the sand that had been put down in both penalty areas which makes Saturdays postponement very frustrating.
The Bradford fans I gave a lift to probably won’t bother for a midweek trip so more list revenue there as well as that list on day.
Grrr.

Took all my grandkids on a Lake Windermere cruise after we all found out the game was off at Booths in Ulverston - quite a few Bradford fans there as well. The talk was inevitably about the quality of pitches & how they even get a game played at Valley Parade these days.

Is there a concert on again this summer? Seems late to be doing that

I wonder if there’s an cover / tribute acts planned to support the main act, if the concert goes ahead:-

1, I got 99 problems but a pitch ain’t one (Jay z)
2, green green grass (George Ezra)
3, why does it always rain on me (Travis)
4, Enter Sandman (Metallica)

Think it’s clear to see why we couldn’t spend a fortune on the pitch in the summer
