That's not being cheeky, it's being ridiculous. You don't get Premier League strikers going on loan to National League clubs even aging ones like Glenn Murray. That's even a lot less likely than us accepting £5,000 for John Rooney!
Same argument as the Carlisle fans. Wrong end of his career, hasn't played in the EFL for years, and we'd just be "testing the water".
