Maybe it’s the system we play but really haven’t seen why Tamworth (and other clubs fans tbh) were raving about Digi yet

Murray might have been better off improving Kidderminster upon promotion rather than trying to create Kidderminster here.

No I have to agree there. Can win a header but he was all over the place at Kidderminster and we looked more solid without him last week against Sutton. He’s constantly grappling and pulling people, lacks pace and isn’t great on the ball. Hoping he’s finding his feet but he’s a very average centre half to me at best.

I think PK is maybe a little better off what I’ve seen but again lacks pace or much passing ability, but then again he did play National north mostly last season and was released by a team who who were relegated from the national league in Dagenham. Benjamin was even less than average against Hornchurch and Yeovil and hasn’t been seen since! Relegated out of national south with Enfield was it last season?

Hardly inspiring signings and our defence so far has looked very suspect.

It was only Worthing missing some decent chances and Winterbottom who many on here don't rate good enough for us that we didn't concede 4/5 goals, will say again our defensive players are bang average and will get shown up in this league, But Murray signed them for a promotion push so it's all on his head.

Same at Kidderminster I thought they had a lot of ‘box entries’ that they should’ve made more of, a lot down to our mistakes too Digie in particular. It’s far too easy to play through us and get in behind.
Winterbottom has been decent so far I think maybe the Harrogate and Hartlepool goals you could say he might’ve done better with but as last line of defence he’s not the issue.

It was therefore madness playing such a high line in the 2nd half with a 2 goal lead and simple long balls we’re causing us all sorts of problems and on the turnover they were getting in behind us at will. There were warnings right at the start of the 2nd half with one glaring miss and you could just see it coming. So for me that one was definitely on the manager.
Spot on!

The only art many of them seem to have mastered is how to grab hold of opponents. Luckily, most of our opponents are similar which probably will save us from relegation but the chances of this team being near the top are zero.
Your 'breeze' didn't seem to effect the match much, did it?
Must seem a fair point, Russell but you are perhaps unfamiliar with The Walney Wind Scale - Breeze - A few tents blown away; minor roof damage?
Having lived on Walney for the first sixteen years of my life and playing a good few years of school football at Tumerhill for South Walney and under 16 football for Walney Rovers I'm pretty sure I understand the Walney wind scale! But you are correct in that most grounds would struggle to compete with Walney!!

I was at the game on Saturday, The 2 thing that let us down (In my Opinion) 1. was when we were 2 up we persisted with the ridiculous high press & 2. The constant grabbing, and shirt pulling which gave away far to many free kicks which helped their momentum, the amound of space behind our back line was staggering & very worrying
Just my opinion

Shirt grabbing was both teams.

The plastic pitch contributed to this as you don't tackle the same due to risk of burn and injury so probably why they did the shirt pulling.
