The whole thing is a [SwearFilter] shambles.. Dragging on and on and on.. There won't be any vote sent out today, by this time next week we will be on page 150 with still no resolution and nobody about to move on
The Professionalism of the National League is astounding.
After the major vote on whether to gave hob jobs or fig biscuits with drinks ,which by the way took sometime as some one put a amendment that jammy dodgers should be added to the vote.
Figs won.
It's been decided that they will employ a blonde idiot from London to canvas for getting the National League Done.

I think the National League had their hands tied they had to wait for the Fa and the EFL decisions then they had to canvass club's then decide on a voting strategy let's be honest if we were mid table no one would give a toss I've waited 48 years I'm sure I can wait till tomorrow or Tuesday CALM DOWN everyone!

More to the point what's the proposal they've been asked to vote for?
Or perhaps the actual question really is - What's the length of the delay going to be before anything else actually happens?

Dows anyone know the structure / numbers on the National League board. The National league site doesn't provide any details. I am curious to know who sits on it.
All I've seen is that there are six National League chairmen (one being the Dover dinosaur), one from NLN and one from NLS (the Hampton & Richmond chairman), making up a board of eight.

Chairman is Brian Barwick, and broadcaster Caroline Barker is an Independent Non-Executive Director.
Michael Tattersall (Bromley) is on the Board as Chief Executive Officer.

We’re not at the null & void stage yet. The League haven’t even sent clubs a formal resolution for them to decide if they’ll vote for it or not.
75% of the voting power is with the 24 National League clubs so if there’s a resolution that they like, it’ll pass.
This is tweet from Ollie bayliss if it's true .well . ............!
Can anyone confirm the above statement?

136 pages of a thread called ' Decisions being made' with no decisions made.
It's like Brexit. On crack. In the middle of a pandemic. Without a decent pint.

Our chum David Haythornthwaite at Fylde gives it all away on his vlog. Barwick is the chairman, Tattersall the chief exec. They have a lawyer on board and various others from all walks of life - he mentioned an ex copper. Then there is a mixture of club reps from Barrow, Harrogate, Dover, Aldershot, Hampton and Richmond and a couple of others.
Club reps have a group of clubs they communicate with - Barrow’s rep looks after Fylde, which I’d assume is interesting to say the least.

Boreham Wood chairman, Danny Hunter, wants the government to rewrite its directive so that it clarifies the position specifically for Step 2! I'm sure it will be top of the agenda for DCMS.

"We must pause and take stock", he says. That really could put us at a disadvantage if the other League 2 clubs are able to go off and start planning while we hang around waiting for a decision.

As somebody has said, Barwick used to be a reporter for the Evening Mail and Sid Blain was a Barrow director, I believe. Flyde Dave thinks Blain and the Harrogate rep should disqualify themselves from voting as they will be biased.
