They still travel to barrow the Friday before a home game for the community stuff - they are even visiting a youth team in the town today

Really don’t know where this “Friday morning fiasco” nonsense has come from - the training session dino Maamria did was at about 3 in the afternoon anyway so they weren’t even having to travel of a morning
Mark Cooper did the same a few times I remember up at Holker too, and sure Pete Wild did too?

Not sure where we train is really an issue tbh, it wasn’t under Evatt or in the relatively successful seasons before this one. We’re going down because of poor players, signings, management on and off the pitch over the last two years no other reason.
Training was an issue at the start of Coopers time and then we sorted it.
The number of injuries needs to be looked into is it the players in some cases yes injury prone and aging, in others less so is it their conditioning/general fitness or the training methods. All needs looked into.
