Now that we have Pilks Reid and Wilson back and Carver looking too create I'm looking forward too the run in , with those back we will create more and score more I'm sure , and I can see bluebirds winning some games by 3-4 in the title run in!

The famous 8v0 would be nice at some point!

Gonna go right down to the end of the season like... In our hands but big pressure on every game now.

We've looked less than convincing literally all season... far too one dimensional, no plan b, too conservative and next to no midfield, yet still find ourselves second in the league with a game in hand to go top.

I hope whatever happens we approach the last 8 games in a positive manner, if we go out scared to lose and tentative, we'll drop more points then if we get at teams and try to score goals. That's what Fylde have been doing all season.

Couldn't agree more. I've got major worries about our run in chances, hope I'm proven wrong !!!

We must just hope that a Fylde win doesn't rattle our team as much as it does some supporters!

Fylde seem to have a tactic that works. They play 2 fast wide men with a target man like Rowe up top to hold the ball, shoot or feed the wingers. That is how they get goals.


What do we actually do? Toss it up to Cook ?

Think they now have a slightly easier run- in than us - on paper, but as we all know the game is played on grass!

It doesn't really matter who you play and when. Both clubs play the same teams over the full season and the fact they have beaten us twice has been where we may have fallen down.

Its still in our hands though.

If they finish top its because they deserve it

If we hadn't had such a small squad over the festive period I'm sure we'd be clear. Even 1 draw off Fylde would have changed things massively

Thats true, however look at the awful run they have been on lately, and think back to our horrific drawmat Hyde. All ifs and buts.

Why's everyone obsessed with a pub team.

I hope they go up via play offs, and in the conference get teams like Grimsby Wrexham etc at home before moving to new ground.

Probably something to do with them being involved in a neck and neck race for automatic promotion with another club we know a bit about. Strange things happen. You never hear Chelsea and Man City fans talking about each other's teams.

The one thing that brightened up a dismal day of football was the sudden release of footage by Fylde of the penalty incident against Solihull. Fylde usually don't go for footage of their home games on the internet to stop scouts and other managers from getting an insight into their tactics and star players. But if they feel unjustly done by hey presto it's suddenly all over the net, made me titter anyway ;0)
