Re: Dover V Barrow
Where have edmos arse kissers gone from last week?
We beat a team with no idea and no plan last week.
Today against a side who is up there we revert back to norm.
If plan A doesnt work we have nothing.
Never mind waiting till after next saturday just pull the trigger now and put us all out of our misery

Re: Dover V Barrow
Last 5 games, Won 1 lost 4. The victory was against a crap team.
Northern Lights, Ormsgill Reservoir Sundown
Re: Dover V Barrow
National League half-times...
Aldershot 0-0 Wrexham
Altrincham 0-0 Boreham Wood
Braintree P-P Kidderminster (Pitch waterlogged)
Cheltenham 0-0 Forest Green
Chester 0-1 Woking
Dover 3-0 Barrow
Eastleigh 0-1 Grimsby
Gateshead 1-3 Halifax (Halifax down to 10 men)
Macclesfield 0-0 Bromley
Torquay 0-2 Lincoln City
Tranmere 1-1 Guiseley
Welling 0-0 Southport
Bottom of the table Halifax 1-0 up at Gateshead with an own goal. They had a player sent off, conceded a penalty but went on to score two more to lead 3-1 at the break. A late added time goal for Tranmere at home keeps them level 1-1 at home to Guiseley.

It ain't dover until the fat lady sings or dover and out hmm ..
Re: Dover V Barrow
Sorry to say but Edmo must have a death wish. Why on earth bring on Mellor at left back (probably never played there in his life) when Williams is on the bench. Mind boggles !
Re: Dover V Barrow
Bye Bye Edmo. Thanks for the good times. Good luck for the future.

Re: Dover V Barrow
It IS relevant, they're a team we would want to carry on losing.Jim wrote:I know it's not relevant, but for a bit of light relief: Halifax are 3-1 up at Gateshead in spite of having their keeper sent off.
We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

Re: Dover V Barrow
I wonder whether Williams isn't really fit enough for a full game and that's why he wasn't used.
Re: Dover V Barrow
100% certain that will be Edmos excuse.DaveBarter wrote:I wonder whether Williams isn't really fit enough for a full game and that's why he wasn't used.
Re: Dover V Barrow
I know Mellor has played in centre of defence for Oldham for a number of games, can't find out if he has played full-back. While he played at the back his manager said at the time "As regards playing out from the back, you won’t get better in the division this season."SKIPPER wrote:Sorry to say but Edmo must have a death wish. His defensive experience not helping us much today, but I suspect Williams would be done for pace as Grand and Livsey constantly are.
