Doubt any signings from Blackburn (loan or otherwise) will happen anytime soon, Tony Mowbray still doesn’t know his budget for next season and if it’s cut - which seems likely, they will be relying heavily on the academy. The situation will have to be sorted out before they loan anyone out.

He'll know which players are close to first-team standard or which ones need match experience though.

Theres a few under 23 players on the radar (2 from Blackburn and 1 from Everton) who all were on loan at EFL1 and 2 club's. I've also read Hull are sniffing around for Barry so its not just who we are bringing in but who we might lose! I'd prefer we keep all our players and add to it.

Well Hull will be only 1 division higher when next season starts and are a shambles currently so not a very attractive move at present for anybody.

Just because in your opinion he didn't sound it, that doesn't mean he isn't.
I've come across loads of people who are brilliant at there jobs and don't come across as confident and plenty of bullsshitters that come across confident and fail.

Point taken it is merely my first impression.Remember him as player but they also don’t always make good managers sometimes still want to be one of the lads too nice to be objective..He will as everyone does make mistakes and it’s when pressure on he will need good back up.Nothing will give me pleasure more than to be proved wrong.
