Jeez 'WalneyOne' give the guy a break. We get it youre not a fan but give it a rest and try a bit of positivity in your life.
Some on here are so quick to hang players and managers alike out to dry so quickly.
Hes quite clearly not a shit manager, you only have to look at his history, fylde, kiddy and even Eastbourne finishing 1 pt of champions, granted these were in a league below but that still takes some doing.
We know the club has been in a right mess for some time, nothing changes overnight. The place has needed an overhaul throughout - you try doing your job brilliantly if a whole department was pretty much replaced overnight with people who had never worked together before.
Hes clearly got a hell of a job on his hands and while he is the manager of this club I for one will support him and the team - criticise yes but ultimately we are all supposed to be supporters - the clue is in the title!

If the former physio was doing a shite job which Hornby himself mentioned in one of his interviews over the summer then why not mention it?

I' m not a fan of his foul and hoof football, or the way he blames everyone else. This is HIS team, HIS tactics and it's barely watchable.A managers lives and dies by results and it isn't going too well is it?
Promised much and delivered little.Got rid of anyone resembling a technial player. Is ANOTHER manager the answer, I'm really not sure .Was he aware of the size of the task? He could have asked around as football is a small world.
But so far I see little cause for optimism and imo by his words and actions he's engineering his own downfall.
What would happen after that I don't know and I worry for the future of the club.

So let me get this right. Over the last few years on here people have continually said 'there must be something wrong in the club' 'somethings not right' etc etc so now we get a manager calling it out for what it is and we all think hes lying, or its an excuse? Guy cant win

I loved his interview, get the deadwood out of the club, whether its players or staff, get them gone. We cant keep this cyxle of getting rid of managers constantly! Like i said, everyone calling for PW to come back, what is he comes back and does shit in hos first 10 games? Get rid?

We need to give someone time, whether thats Murray we will see

Other than Jose Mourinho I can't remember anyone publicly calling out a physio. And when it's your job to ensure the right people are employed and performance managed why hang them out to dry in public. The mismanagement higher up had far more to do with last season's car crash than how good the physio was. It absolutely lacked class.

Agreed and begs the question if it was that bad off the field then why the hell wasn’t it known about sooner and something done about it. Management took their eye off the ball massively.

I called it out at the time when Hornby threw the physio under the bus. It was classless and unnecessary and if I was Karly Bland I would have got some advice on how to respond,

I liked the interview. The problems have carried from manager to manager so they can't all be wrong.

On the Maamria point if he had a transfer window we would have seen a lot of turnover.

How true it is but there was a post I saw of top earners in NL and Jackson was on there so he won’t be easy to get rid of if it’s him. And not being in the side you could see he would not be happy
