You can have all the tactics you like but graft gets you far , specially in this league- see Barnet last season , some cracking players but down too hard work and never giving up that's what brought them the title!

Cassons just said that the squad should be big enough so shouldnt need any further signings.

I do not agree with what PC has done.
But some Marra called Walsh is on RC saying it could affect some of the players it needs to.

If "Edmo is gone" then he would have gone already. Can see the merit in doing it this way - if it's out there, the players also know the score, and if they really like their manager then they'll fight tooth and nail for him. If they don't, then there's not much point in him still being in charge.

To say that we're only five points off the play-offs and should have picked up at least two more wins, then it shows that that wasn't unnecessary pressure - it was a realistic aim, and still is. With the right manager and these players playing the way that is expected of them, it's not too late for that to happen.

If Edmo can't change anything in a month, ie improve the football or pick up some good wins, then he should go.

Given their (Owner and Manager) differing opinions and stance, and also the fact that PC has just been slated up and down on Radio Cumbria I would have thought the smart thing for DE to do would to have NOT gone on (even though DE didn't join in the criticism).
I'll be surprised if it's a month tbh...

I've texted RC quite a few times post match; if you say something positive they will read it out, if you say something negative they never do. Same happened tonight.

Up to players to perform as well as they as much as Edmo, are responsible for the position we are in at present.
