Any londoners want to team up on trains for the group buy? Works out less than £50 a head that way. PM me.

Have to say the ticketing arrangements have been handled very efficiently at Holker Street for us exiles. Phone call (answered immediately), address & credit card details taken, tickets in the post.

This is one area where the club have made a marked improvement over the last couple of years or so, so well done to Emma and her team.

Aye, handled cheerfully and politely, small thing also but just good to pay over the phone without everything seeming a massive hassle.

Not claiming you should be shitting yourself as an on-form Conference team is clearly the favourite against an on-form Southern League team, however the game at Bideford was in a tinpot cup and we had eight changes, including five debuts and three Under 18s. :skill:
Only a fool would take any professional opposition lightly, especially one which is in such a good run of form, and I don't think our current management team are fools. I'm sure you will get the respect you deserve from the people who matter even though, as you have said, we will clearly be favourites. As we know from when we've turned over a couple of football league teams as a non-league side, the favourites don't always win in the cup!
We've only turned over ONE football league side - Brentford.

Wordsworth; apologies if you thought my words were a little harsh or optimistic. However, I'm quite confident we can obtain a decent result against you.

I know there are some who are taking a cautionary approach to this game - it's the FA Cup after all! But I'd rather be playing Taunton Town than a top of the table team from the National League or the National League North/South (Carlisle beware!). Bearing this in mind, I think we have a winnable game on our hands as long as our team gives you the respect you deserve (God forbid another Runcorn debacle!).

I'm hoping this fixture will be a classic cup-tie - and I have a feeling it will be... :D

No, not at all - no disrespect taken. I agree that Barrow are the favourites.

Thought we still had a few tickets remaining?
Just to think 10 days ago Taunton didn't think this game needed to be all-ticket!!

The Peacocks should be proud of their efforts thus far, let's just hope they don't ruffle the Bluebirds feathers!!!
