We will give him the job if he does well, or we will give him more time - seems a unique way of trying to chose a manager!

Unique? It happens with a large number of caretaker managers every single season.

Name 15 caretaker managers that we're given a shot at going for the job full-time? There are literally hundreds.

For example, I'm watching the England match and we've got a caretaker in charge...

Alan Irvine
Michael Brown
Guys Hiddink
Alan Smith
Adam Lockwood
Edmo (BPA)
Ian Bowyer
Sean Derry
John Carver
Michael Brown
Terry Connor
Roberto Di Matteo
Tony Adams
Steve Clarke
Garry Monk

How many's that? All off the top of my head, so some will have just been short-term appointments.

Now tell me that no caretaker managers have ever been given "more time".

Edmo managed Workington in 12/13
Hiddink was in permo charge of Anzhi
Gary Monk was still a player
Di Matteo had been sacked by Chelsea.

Christ! Do it right man!

Having re-read his post,I imagine he specifically meant from the 2012/13 season only, and not from that moment onwards, but frankly I couldn't really care what asinine point he was arguing anyway...

You still here?
The point is, it's not unique - it's very, very common indeed.

Now you come up with a list of 15 caretaker managers from the 2012/13 season who were told they had no chance of getting the job?

(Not really, as I probably won't read it, and I'd hate to waste your time)

Yep.
Azalea is consistently childish and childlike.
Impossible to take seriously on that basis.
