I'm getting a "your chosen seats are no longer available due to Social Distancing Rules" even though the ticket is for the terrace.

Couldn't have been easier! I'm ashamed to say I expected it to be very, very difficult with the site crashing! However, credit where it's due. They've clearly spent this time gearing up well.

Site no working presently - trying to order tickets and being told they have been held/not available - and phone is not available : I had to go to the office last night- now I will have to go again today to be sure to get my priority tickets - this is not impressive.

Getting an error message at the top of the page in the Villa ticket link. Enter my email details and this error message appears - “we could not find your order details. Please try again. If the problem persists contact us”
Not sure if its something I’m doing or the site itself. Anyone else??

Once again looks like the ticketing system is causing issues. Poor staff having to try and resolve...

In all fairness, if Glastonbury's site, Ticketmaster, and other massive websites crash under surges in demand. It should be expected that ours was going to throw a wobble. Give it time! Its frustrating, but this is why we have a priority window.

Ann did you have to enter an email address? It doesn't actually let me get to purchasing a ticket, it doesnt seem to like the email address although this is the one I have registered
