Drove past this morning. Good to see the new pylons going up.

Not quite the same romance as the old ones but then neither a smack on the noggin by falling steelwork.

Just a shame their not more going on. Seems like a sticking plaster but I hope to be proven wrong.

Drove past this evening and a stanchion in each corner (ish) of the ground. The one by the old Bluebird club also had a number of lights fit.

In other news! Allegedly the lighting towers are coin metered and only take the old pound coins which go out of circulation on the 15th October.
