Granted only seen the limited highlights, however difficult to see how you can lay the blame of the equaliser solely on Dixon, plenty of time for the outfield players to sort themselves out at the throw in, complete separate phase of play.

Another one I had to miss, always thought it would prove to be our sternest test thus far and so it proved by all accounts! We very nearly saw it home but Boreham Wood pushed us for the full ninety + minutes by all accounts and got their due rewards. Onward to Southport and hopefully time to turn lady luck in our favour.

Why have we again gone with Hughes on the wing surely playing a natural winger Haworth or Meikle is the answer. Team selection seems a bit all over the place at the moment square pegs round holes. Midfield has obviously been told to sit when it's crying out for somebody to push on so come on Cox release the shackles let's have a go at these teams.

I thought we created enough chances yesterday to more than win the game, I think the problem is our opportunities are being created by graft rather than craft, ok to a degree, but against the better or more organised teams they wont be as clear cut.

Still don't think he knows what his best pairing is up top, and like yesterday we were far too narrow, Williams was coming inside far too much and Hughes isn't a natural wide man...

I thought Joel Dixon was in with a shout for being Man of the Match yesterday, good handling on the crosses all afternoon, two good low down saves and blameless for their goal; in my humble opinion.

We really cannot afford to be dropping points like this. 2 silly errors from the last 2 home games have lost 4 points and a top 4 place.
Yesterday wasn't too much of a drag. Boreham Wood are clever on the ball without the threat. The knock downs would surely have resulted in Hannah opening them up...that is if he gets the chance under Coz [!!!] and Hughes will not go in and challenge and is no good on the wing. Dixon is becoming much too erratic. Twice he had Anderton in acres of space but took an eternity to make up his mind and kick right.Once direct into touch [as is his usual trick].
We are still in the mix but if we do not start delivering the real goods then we will be down to Conf N levels of attendance....we are very near that now tho.

We do seem to be getting better in my opinion, we are creating more chances
