Always disappointed to see talent leave but every dog deserves their day!
One good thing, we now have clever business folk in charge of the club and at least we have players under contracts!! This always frustrated me in the past when players were able to move on foc and no benefit to the club whatsoever!
Football is a business unfortunately and players will always come and go..
This current bunch of lads at least look like they care a little for the club and have shown spirit and fight.. and if that's all down to Cox and casson then long may it continue...
Good luck Jordan, thanks for your efforts and I hope wherever you go, you can look back fondly of our small but precious club

"you can look back fondly of our small but precious club".
Was just wondering, how 'small' are we and,how 'small' would we be if ever we entered league two.
I mean,FGR are a bigger club than us,aren't they !, but dont match us population wise. Just wondering thats all.

Also worth remembering that any money made on Williams , a percentage will be owed to northwich.

Bit of a thorn in the suppository but sure we'll put a similar clause in his sale and good business sense by them.

Not sure that the Vics in the guise they were when Jordan moved still exist. Know they were demoted for irregularities but last I heard they were homeless and playerless.

The Vic's still exist and our supporters association are in the process of purchasing the club from the administrator. We were relegated into the northwest counties at the end of last season. Well done to Jordan and the way how he has progressed, was outstanding for us

Just wondering Longlivethevics, do you know who would be the claimant on any money Vic's were due?

I think Stephen Leonard, & perhaps Londonblue would have a better idea than most due to their backgrounds.

If it is the same entity (or a entity which took over the rights of the original in a purchase/transfer of FA Membership )as the one that sold the player (even if it has been in administration) then the rights under the contract will be with the entity that holds that membership now - if the adminsitrator is acting on behalf of an entity then technically it would be the adminsitrator on behalf of creditors that receives the money.

If however the original entity ceased to exist and the FA membership wasnt transferred and in effect the club 'died' then I think that any rights would have ceasd at that point (however if the entity was liquidated/struck off but had unpaid creditors and the sums involved from the sell on clause were sufficient, the old entity could possibly be restored to collect the debt and pay it to creditors - however as it is a messy and expensive legal process it would have to be a lot of money involved for anyone to try and do this )

Vic's will be the same entity and will take responsibility of the clubs debt which is not alot now as most of it has been paid and or we have payment plans for

That's not quite right is it?
Northwich Vics have been in Administration since Dec 2016. If it was a simple transfer of ownership ie 'the club name' why is it taking so long to resolve.
Has the Administrator Mr Gordon Craig from Refresh Recovery (Also director at Bangor City, anyone see another connection) been holding out for Jordan's sale? Any money gained from the sell on clause will be distributed by the Administrator, so Mr Rushe (Currently serving 6 years at her Majesty's pleasure for dealing cocaine) will not see a penny, neither will the fan group trying to buy the club.

Also heard a rumour that Vics have been provisionally placed in NWCFL Prem Div but will be relegated to Div 1 at the AGM and if not out of Admin before that date will be playing in the Cheshire League.
