Certainly no evidence that we are better without him

I would say yes.
Better than the young Rookie from Burnley.
Jolley made some terrible decisions and selections in a short space of time.

What's the weather doing in Barrow? Any concern of it being off?

Seems ok at the moment, rain scheduled though till about dinner. looks like the Irish Sea gails are gonna blow for the game, wonder how the new players will find that.

Couldn't care less if theres only 1 shot on goal and we win 1-0 - its about points not playing like Barcelona. Yeah a few lads aren't getting games now but are the new lads worse, same or slighlty better ????? Only played a handful of games together against in form sides so way too early to judge. If players are fit esp Devitt im expecting a better attacking game today

If Bobby Thomas and the defenders all play long balls into the channels then with the barrow wind it will just run through for goal kicks, think it will be a bore draw nil nil which will suit Morecambe more than us

Today is the day...

The day we find out whether the Jolley rhetoric is waffle... or has some substance behind it. Home derby game which feels a bit like a must win game but I’d also like to see a performance along with it.

Barrow AFC 2 - 0 Morecambe

I'm talking about the Sam Hird that played in a back 3 with Platt and Brough that gave away 2 goals in 4 matches just before Jolley decided to dispense with him!

It would be good to get a win even if it's to shut up the losers on this forum.

If we sit and watch them play pretty football, that's just what they will do, get roped in right from the start and let's have another Cheltenham.
