And then they don't get counted. We are back to the question...actual attendance for safety reasons, or tickets sold

5 out of every 6 transactions are made electronically according to the banking trade body UK Finance.
You must be number 6. (Insert your own ‘Prisoner’ jokes here…)

[fwiw I think there should be a cash option but it does seem to be the way of the world]

Neither more nor less relevant than yours or mine. He has kindly volunteered to act as a conduit between supporters and club.

If you have contacted him already to express your view he will undoubtedly take that into account in discussions with his contact(s) at the club.
This is a issue that will affect the elderly and lower income people and you are right we should all have a view.
I had assumed it was the Chris Altree who was the Labour PCC and wanting people to vote for him.

If this a example of what he will do if elected its not promising and that comes from a Labour voter of 50 years.
I've dealt with Hutton and Woodcock both ticked the boxes while treading water and doing little .
I've dealt with Albert Booth when I was on the Executive ,apart from his CND activities he was a good constituency MP just in the wrong town.

If it's another Chris Altree sorry .

What the hell?
Why is Chris Altree getting this flak from you? His or anyone else's political views are of no concern to anyone on a football forum discussing football related matters.
Your views on football are welcome but as for the rest...

Going round in circles on this thread we all want the club to be a success and that means making it as easy to spend money as possible. We seem to be making it harder

I do not understand the clubs bloodymindedness regarding thiis. If you can buy a ticket on non matchdays with cash why on earth can there not be an outlet where you can buy one with cash on a matchday! What is the difference. The whole cashless ethos is plain wrong. It is wrong on a discrimination level and it is wrong on a business level. Turning down any form of income just does not make business sense.

As for the future being cashless. We are not in that future yet. I know of very few businesses where this is this case. I can spend cash almost anywhere. It seems to be an obsession unique to football clubs.

I suppose the banks will be turning out statistics to fit in with any scenario they prefer.
Next step will be only dealing with crypto currency. 🙄
Do non league still accept cash on match days?

It suits certain bodies to push for a cashless society. That way every penny can be traced and a profile can be made of your spending habits that info can then be sold on.

What's the point of having a cash gate. Who determines who uses it .it would be rammed and a queue a me long
Which would show how popular and preferable it would be to many.
