Personally think the clown who started this rumour should be banned, from the club.

We have just got to ignore rumours.
Winter is coming and it's going to be harder for him to get up to Barrow that may wear him down but he proved at FGR that he sticks at it.
Let's just enjoy the ride .
The club have come on leaps and bounds but if something bigger comes along nearer home he will go if it suits him and the Board realise it's no good trying to keep someone who wants to go.

Why would winter make it harder to get to Barrow? All those times the M6 shuts cos of snow?

correct-it happened at Morecambe and I would say it'll probably happen to us. The one good thing to focus on though is the ambition of the board who have, lets say, demonstrated their ambitions for the club by appointing Mark Cooper in the first place. The only thing that slightly worries me is that the boards future ambition may be somewhat curtailed by the fact that we are not getting the attendances that we hoped for. There again-suppose the gates will pick up the more we look like play off contenders or, even better!.

No but better weather makes driving a lot better, my personal feelings .

Yes think you are right about the higher gates will come as we climb the league.
I still think older fans may be worried attending due to Covid and are waiting to see how that goes.

"I still think older fans may be worried attending due to Covid and are waiting to see how that goes."..................You are spot on. Two of my family,(one in late fifties and the other early sixties) aint going this season-have said they will consider coming back next season depending on the circumstances. They both watch on that tv Chanel thing. I personally suspect that a lot of folk will now be opting to watch games through the tv rather than attend Holker Street covid fears or no covid fears.

If you mean ifollow, which was an essential during last season, it isn’t available for Saturday matches now, unless it’s an international weekend, so if you think anyone can tune in for a match whenever they want they would be disappointed.
I have several older friends who are fans who go again now that they have had two (and in some cases three) jabs. They think it’s safer (being outside) than being in a supermarket.

You're wrong. ifollow is available for all EFL games both home and away. Saturdays and midweek.
All the fixtures of all EFL clubs, throughout the season, are being streamed. However, they are all being screened illegally.

Regarding your friends who have been jabbed. Receiving the jabs do not prevent any person from being infected with Covid 19 or passing the virus onto others. The jabs are been distributed to prevent a person (usually over the age of 50) from death. There are people, currently in hospital, who are recovering from Covid 19 even though they have received two jabs. However, your friends are correct in thinking being outside is safer than being in shops.

I think the words "I'm not going to Newport" are about as definitive as you could expect.
Or it could be interpreted "I'm not going to Newport, but I might be going somewhere else".

Let's face it, it's the agents that run the buying and selling of players and managers.

I certainly hope he doesn't go but the fact that he's on a bookies list puts him in the shop window.

Michael Jolly was on the same list and you wouldn’t even put him in the pound shop window as a manager.🤭

I for one am 67 and couldn,t wait to be back in Holker St.People need to realise what a great team we have got.You never know what to expect and then bang ,a goal when you were least expecting it.
We have suffered so many setbacks over the years
and I feel finally we are on the right track. The Bluebirds are now a very exiting team to watch and going forward I can only see things improving.
I would say to all those people who are a bit reticent to come along. The supporters are well spaced out and providing you have had both jabs, with all the fresh air that is blowing through the stands you will have very little chance of catching Covid and if you are still a bit unsure and want to come along wear a face mask. You will have a great time.

I have come to the conclusion that at my age my main entertainment is the football so covid or not I am going to attend the games at HS.
As this virus is not going to go away any time soon I don't want to be stuck indoors frightened to do this that or the other.. I have had the three jabs and I know I can wear a mask if I feel the need.
Let's hope we get the attendances we need to make the club successful and viable.
There has been a good atmosphere with plenty of noise at the games lately and long may it continue.
Let the team know we are backing them.

Correct Sea Dog.................I know people who are watching games illegally because its cheaper than going to Holker street.
