Yeah believe it or not the likes of Arsene Wenger, Carlo Ancelotti and Jose Mourinho weren't queuing up to take the job. What do people expect? Why would managers from teams better then us want to come here.

I had in mind the candidates who are currently without a club - but like I said if Emo is the chosen one so be it - give the lad a chance and our full backing. Skelton and Jackson I like the sound of that a lot already.

them a job but then we've got to talk salary, contracts etc ."

Thought that was bizarre when Dodd said it. Surely salary and contracts would be talked about during the interview - not after!
