I assumed he was out of contract or had a relatively small relegation clause fee. That seems to have been the case with Williams (£30,000) so I'd be amazed if Fylde wanted £1.5m as there isn't the slightest chance they would get even a tenth of that from any club for Croasdale.

The vast majority of players in Division 2 would be classed as journeymen in the world of professional football! The interest is because we were linked to him by somebody who has been correct in predicting the transfers of Walker and Williams from Fylde and also had Croasdale down as having agreed to sign for Barrow.

The interest is because we were linked to him by somebody who has been correct in predicting the transfers of Walker and Williams from Fylde and also had Croasdale down as having agreed to sign for Barrow.

I have probably seen him play but hasn't stood out for me; however opposition players have to have a blinder for me to remember them unfortunately. The lad is young enough to do anything though and if DD thinks he has the makings of a league player - that's good enough for me.
