And score a few himself. Shot in the arm for us if Ben is coming back thought he was playing reasonable well for Burton the times I watched him on TV but recently not been in the squad.

Whitfield would be a definite improvement on any wide players we have now.

Never understood why Wild was not starting him end of last season, a much better option than some of the others we had. Hope the gaffer has him in from the start of games

Ben turned down an offer from us, maybe Wild knew he had been poached by another club and his head was elsewhere (like what happened with Matty Platt who was crap for us once he’d been poached) Anyway, what a brilliant signing Ben would be for us, as the saying goes, you don’t now what you got till it’s gone.
