Fantastic news !, well what do we give this window out of 10 ? I'd say an 8 !
Steady now! If you add up the two numbers on Ben Whitfield’s shirt from last time it gives us a more than steady 7 if you ask me.

Back to naming 6 Subs for rest of the Season, wonder if Whing goes with Stanway or 6 outfield players.

Now that’s a signing and a half, well done to all concerned for sealing that deal.

Dodgy loaning him to a team below us.
Watch Dallas & Garner start scoring loads of goals now.

Whitfield will be more use than those 2 plus Telford!

Two decent forwards for Morecambe can see them doing well just a shame Barrow though both were not good enough for the team, plenty of supporters happy tonight with Garner leaving. Morecambe definitely staying up.

He scored 4 goals in 16 games for them last season the same he has for us this season. Wouldn’t say he’s done well for us. He could never be arsed playing for barrow. Hes flat track bully who scores hats full in pre season against the dog and duck. Destined for national league

Never really comfortable loaning to a direct rival irrespective of who it is but our survival is firmly within our hands so whatever Garner does at Morecambe should be irrelevant. Whitfield should be an upgrade however.

I was hoping Garner would come good for us this season, but after a half reasonable early couple of games he just reverted to type and sank into anonymity. He does seem to have ability, but never really produces a performance that makes any impact on a match. If he does ok at Morecambe so be it, but can't really argue with the decision to let him go.
