Cooky is a good conference player. Should stay at Barrow and build his reputation further. He's had a great season. If he goes (again) to a so called bigger non league club then it will be for more cash. Probably back season after that anyway!

If Cook goes anywhere it will be Gateshead, being out of contract there will be a few clubs after him no doubt. Should have been tied down in January

Sammo was brilliant but I have never had time for the other two (BallEnd was only a footballer on his mother's side). Sammo, I have said before, was ALLOWED to be brilliant as a player (rather than a hardman because he had Humey right there next to him. We don't have that right now.
Nutters was THE classiest CB I can recall btw. He has such a great footballing brain and was/is always where he beeds to be.

Dixon, Livesey. S Williams, Grand (just be more careful with back passes), Parry, ARH, Howarth, Lacey. Cook, Walker, J Williams, Cowps = 12

Sign Tomlinson, Sutton, Cunnington (Bromley) +1 left back (NWA if available) +1 winger +1 striker(Bogle?) +2 midfield = 8

Carroll, 2 Newby's and Eccles to the reserves if we have any - or out on loan

Get rid of Mellor, Fofana, Grimes, Pilks (good but too injury prone), Symington, Ashton (good, but too slow and Cox favours taller players)

that should leave the odd space for loan players.

At Christmas I definitely would've thought ARH was on his way but I think he'll have earned himself a new contract after this latest spell back in the team - topped off by last nights performance.

I think Parry has a lot to do with ARH showing his best - the 2 of them link well together and seam to bring the best out of each other.

We are operating on what was described by our owner as an "over the average League two Budget". Crowds are relatively low and the commercial side of things is running on the basic minimum ( if that). Add to that as well that we are still paying the old management teams remaining contract ,whilst we pay our new management team and have players that we don't want tied up for another season.

Its mentioned a lot by many people because it clearly shows the people running the club arent arsed about 'small' amounts of money any more, further evidence is that the club continue to ignore fans attempts to get money over the counter.
