There does not seem to much to be proud of from the team today. Sam Hird needs to to give his head a good wobble.

Awful penalty to give away when he was going nowhere. Dixon didn't have a save to make they were that bad. While Quigs is injured it would be Angus and James up front for me. Very disappointed.

We were much better second half, which is ironic as we lost that half. We created much more.

Hardcastle, Jones (defender) and Ntlhe all had good games. Any of them MOM for me

Did look leggy at the end

Very poor and our fitness is well below what it should be.

Hird was having a stinker even before that shocking challenge that cost us three points!!

Very poor performance missed Platt Brough Kay and Quigley MASSIVELY

Pretty poor really. Full marks to Stevenage for working very hard and winning almost all 50/50, but we were second best much of the time. Defence harried into rushed passes, ball kept going back to Dixon then a long punt upfield and possession lost. Frustrating!

Other than the spell where Dior missed a sitter and then a header hit the post, I thought we were made to look fairly ordinary by a Stevenage team who are nailed on to be bottom 6. Hird had a very shaky game at one end while Dior/Hindle/James gave nothing at the other. Without Quigley we will struggle to hold onto the ball.

Its a big step up to league 2 plus we were missing 4 key players lets hope just we have a forward lined up to sign to give us some more fire power up top lets not forget where we have come from anyone who realistically thought we would be near the top needs to give there heads a wobble bottom 8 id say but that's an achievement if they can finish away from the bottom 2 plus a new manager is still getting used to things at the club look at evetts start last season its not the end of the world we gained a point today with 4 key players missing so lets bring on Newport next week and enjoy from our arm chairs the football league

I know it's early days & we are missing 4 players who would have no doubt started today Quigley,Kay,Platt & Brough I have to say though the replacements will need to up their game, wonder if Hird like Taylor has reached the end of the road, for such an experienced player he was quite poor today, definitely need a creative midfielder and up top Hindle doesn't look up to the job & Angus although he took his penalty well & put a shift in is too much of a lightweight for this league and will just get bullied physically, overall a points a point and hopefully the other lads will be back soon
