You'll get a refund. They refunded everyone from another 2 teams a few weeks ago when they had problems.

I would imagine they would have to refund, since they haven't delivered what they said they would. If you look at the email confirming the purchase it says "Thank you for purchasing a Video Match Pass". It's just like buying a car and the brakes don't work.
