The Polis could make video compilations out of all the bad boy behaviour they film and post it online - 'Strictly Come Pavement Dancing' perhaps.

We will foller the soccer, over land and sea...
Re: Police
load of stewards walked out and i quote what i was told" hornby not paying stewards, concerns over safety and the club constantly taking the P!ss with the stewards" it seems this has been going on a while and they just had enough...So for the sake of not paying the stewards,he now has a hefty police bill.

Re: Police
Nice idea but I don’t think Holkerbird and Margret are quite up to it these days!sempre contigo wrote: ↑Tue Aug 09, 2022 10:09 am Can’t we just get the Hells Angles to steward the games?
Re: Police
Might be an unpopular opinion but I thought it was better without them, last season anytime someone put a foot on the yellow floor markings you were told to move in an aggressive way and had to leave the back of the holker street end clear... I understand why they did it but it was like a military operation
Re: Police
Agreed, seemed a lot more relaxed on the popular side, stewards used to tell kids they couldn’t sit on the back wall, even though a responsible adult was there.Riseley wrote: ↑Tue Aug 09, 2022 11:16 am Might be an unpopular opinion but I thought it was better without them, last season anytime someone put a foot on the yellow floor markings you were told to move in an aggressive way and had to leave the back of the holker street end clear... Re: Police
Wonder if they will be back for Walsall game? Or whether the club will borrow other clubs stewards again?Bombadel wrote: ↑Tue Aug 09, 2022 11:47 amAgreed, seemed a lot more relaxed on the popular side, stewards used to tell kids they couldn’t sit on the back wall, even though a responsible adult was there.Riseley wrote: ↑Tue Aug 09, 2022 11:16 am Might be an unpopular opinion but I thought it was better without them, last season anytime someone put a foot on the yellow floor markings you were told to move in an aggressive way and had to leave the back of the holker street end clear... Re: Police
Agreed had to tell the stewards a few times last season to stop walking up and down straight infront of me while the game was going onRiseley wrote: ↑Tue Aug 09, 2022 11:16 am Might be an unpopular opinion but I thought it was better without them, last season anytime someone put a foot on the yellow floor markings you were told to move in an aggressive way and had to leave the back of the holker street end clear...
