What Jeff has written - and he has been wrong before - sheds no light on anything. Equally, calling someone's opinion 'drivel' doesn't make your own statement any more credible. If you are so confident you are right, why not just wait for the club to confirm it instead of insulting fellow fans who are rightly sceptical of the many unsupported and often incorrect statements which appear on here!

I wouldn't believe a word that comes from Steve Evans mouth. The guy should be serving a lifetime ban after what went on at Boston.
Nothing screams “Steve Evans” more than publicly naming a player at one of your relegation rivals to both upset the player and the club. If somebody did the same with one of his contracted players he would be livid and publicly slate the club and manager
