I’ve never seen a worse combination of shit pitch, shit commentary and shit officiating. All are truly Sunday league but we are doing an utterly professional job given everything. People on here complaining about poor quality but that pitch doesn’t lend itself to good football. It lends itself to exactly what Murray and the lads are doing and they are doing it brilliantly up to now. No complaints from me.
You are right no question, get the game won first and foremost. We have got to be aggressive and win the battles.

I had forgotten that this league is about rolling the sleeves up and getting stuck in…. Saying that, two avoidable yellows for Barrow that half. Need to be better boys. Stop the shirt pulling and kicking the ball away.
Williams was needless and personally anyone who gets booked for something like that should have a word with themselves!

Abysmal pitch, abysmal DAZN commentary, abysmal football but 2 well taken goals. Glad the second went in because I suspect it will be 45 mins of defending against the wind and it could well be with a man or men short!

Russell can always find a negative in any situation.
Wind is likely what we call a breeze on Walney.
Commentary fine; they can't help being southern. Perhaps their THE NORTHERN WAY remark could be our matchday slogan.

This is game management now maybe showing naivety. We don't need to be pushing so far up the pitch leaving massive gaps to run into

I'll be fuming if we don't take 3 points here. No reason to be this wide open when we were at 2-0

I don't think we've ever had a 2-0 half time lead and strolled to victory throughout the entirety of the club's history.
