I hope this isn't true. Better atmosphere with Barrow fans in the HS end and able to give the away keeper some stick.boyliegladbach wrote:Is it true Rochdale getting all Holker Street end?

Far better atmosphere Phil.....but surely this'll depend on the Barrow public turning up in numbers (buying ticketsJimmyCrabstick wrote:I hope this isn't true. We didn't underestimate them, we just didn't think they were that good.

The FA wont insist on anything its up to the club to release more tickets and decide the amount of away fans they will permit.spirit of 1990 wrote:Far better atmosphere Phil.....but surely this'll depend on the Barrow public turning up in numbers (buying ticketsJimmyCrabstick wrote:

I hope they don't get the whole end even though we don't stand all game I still like to go there when we are attacking that end.

Re: FAC tickets (Rochdale)
There is only one way to find out if the Barrow public want tickets and thats get them on sale - I just don't understand the hold up - it's a game of football not the Olympics - most Barrow public don't even know about the listspirit of 1990 wrote:Far better atmosphere Phil.....but surely this'll depend on the Barrow public turning up in numbers (buying ticketsJimmyCrabstick wrote:

If Rochdale say that they will sell 800 you can half that

If it's not all ticket for home fans then that scenario is impossible.spirit of 1990 wrote:Far better atmosphere Phil.....but surely this'll depend on the Barrow public turning up in numbers (buying ticketsJimmyCrabstick wrote:

Re: FAC tickets (Rochdale)
I despair
You can't buy them in public sale before the 29th... common sense they'd have had a chance before Christmas.
A sane person would suggest this has been overcomplicated beyond reason
A cynical person would suggest that the club are game playing about the HSE, so they can turn round and say 'you had your chance' and flog it to Rochdale fans
If we' just cracked on this would be a sell out anyway with a bit of marketing, instead of buggering about with the lists.

I think the people who make our lists also make lists for Fleetwood.
I wanna take you to an Away Bar

Re: FAC tickets (Rochdale)
What should have been a brilliant occasion Barrow at home in the FA Cup 3rd Round is turning out to be a complete shambles, if no tickets are on sale at the Gateshead match then I think many won`t be bothered attending both games, if we can`t get this right how the hell will we manage if we ever gain Football League status, how many now wish the Rochdale game was away.

Were we allowed to move round for the Rotherham game?!barrowfan_chris wrote:

I would have thought that there would have to be set numbers of tickets available in both the Holker End and Popular Side.

Re: FAC tickets (Rochdale)
I read that as tickets will be on sale prior to the 29th and if sales are healthy it'll be an all ticket game but if we've sold a few hundred they'll make it pay on the gate. The Real Slim a former member of this forum wrote:29th?!
